Refunds & Cancellations Policy

1. Refund Policy
We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to accommodate reasonable refund requests. However, as a service-based business, the following rules apply:
Refund Eligibility
- Refunds may only be issued for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
- Refunds are not available for completed services or sessions that have already occurred.
- If a package of multiple sessions was purchased, refunds for unused sessions will be prorated.
Non-Refundable Fees
- Any administrative or processing fees associated with payment are non-refundable.
- Deposits paid to reserve services are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Exceptional Cases
Refund requests made under exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Proof of circumstances may be required. We are understanding of things that take place suddenly, so we will take into account cases to make fair judgements.
2. Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens! To help us manage our time and resources effectively, we ask that clients follow these guidelines for cancellations:
Rescheduling a Session
- Sessions canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice can be rescheduled at no additional charge.
Late Cancellations and No-Shows
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the session fee being forfeited.
- Failure to attend a session without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and the session fee will not be refunded or credited.
